Welcome Jeff Stottlemyer to CLASP’s Clean Energy Access Team

15 June 2015

Jeff Stottlemyer joins CLASP as a Senior Associate with the Clean Energy Access program. Jeff brings deep experience in the renewables and climate change space, and has a proven track record as both an entrepreneur and non-profit leader.

Jeff comes to CLASP from his position as Executive Director of Community Foodworks, a DC-based organization that works to expand market opportunities for small farmers and innovative food businesses while increasing access to healthy, local food for low-income urban communities. Prior to this, he served as an Associate Director at the global management consulting firm CEB, where he led a research team that supported a portfolio of IT executives at Fortune 1000 corporations and government agencies. Jeff previously co-founded a cleantech company in Western New York focused on development of commercial-scale biomass energy systems, and also supported a variety of international climate change organizations as a consultant with Reos Partners.

A DC native, Jeff studied history at James Madison University before completing a graduate degree at the London School of Economics (LES). His study of demographics and economic development at LES first incubated his passion for energy and agricultural issues.

We are excited for Jeff to be joining our team!
