Shalom is a Coordinator supporting the Clean Energy Access team. She is a dedicated energy enthusiast with a strong background in research and collaboration, focused on advancing climate-friendly development. Before joining CLASP, she worked on a variety of projects, including innovative carbon capture and sequestration technologies to reduce energy sector carbon emissions, affordable solar-powered cooling solutions for low-income households, and assessments of high-performance engineering design teams. Shalom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places.
