Final Reports on Japan’s Top Runner Target Product Standards

The Top Runner Program was introduced in Japan in 1999 to help reduce energy consumption in the civil and transportation sectors. This program provides the standard for energy efficiency for products and includes 23 products related to machinery, equipment and vehicles that fall under the Energy Conservation Law.
