Steven manages the Climate China program and works collaboratively with CLASP team members and a wide network of international partners and program stakeholders on the design and implementation of impactful initiatives in China. Steven has been engaged in energy efficiency and climate-related work for over 20 years with extensive experience engaging Chinese policymakers, governmental think tanks, NGOs, businesses, communities, and international donor agencies for low carbon development in China. Steven holds a Ph.D. in energy and environment engineering, and an MSc degree from Lund University in Sweden.
