CLASP Welcomes New Program Manager and Director of HR
CLASP has recently welcomed a new Program Manager for our work in Indonesia and our very first Director of Human Resources.
This month, we are thrilled to welcome two new team members that will help guide CLASP’s Indonesia program and strengthen our human resources function. Please join us in welcoming Nanik Rahmawati as the Indonesia Program Manager and Naté Harris, Director of Human Resources.
Nanik will lead the Indonesia team, providing support to the Directorate of Energy Conservation within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and working with other ministries and stakeholders to aid Indonesia in embracing energy efficiency. She has a master’s degree in management and has worked for over 20 years on international development programs including GIZ, Swisscontact, and CIDA, most recently promoting resource efficiency and renewable energy. Nanik has two sons at university and originally hails from Malang, East Java but has been living near Yogyakarta.
Naté will serve as CLASP’s first in-house HR Director. Her top priorities will be maintaining CLASP’s position as an industry leader and developing strategies in the post-COVID workplace landscape to attract, recruit, and retain talent. Prior to joining CLASP, Naté served in HR leadership at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. She has a degree in Human Resource Management and Diversity & Inclusion from University of Maryland and is SHRM-Certified Professional.
We are excited to welcome them to the CLASP team! Check out the CLASP team page to meet everyone.
